Too many Polo threads!

ok, there are two parts to decisions, will it help the game (refs will help keep it fair) but logistically that will make game meetings more difficult if extra people are needed, but this can be discussed at a later date

don't forget there have been no refs until the tournament, i haven't seen any problems, so are they 100% necessary

and let's be honest, the refs did fuck all anyway. :P
