I'll give you my Giant Bowery in exchange. At least it has all the things that you were obviously robbed of; Wheels, tyres, saddle seatpost, crank and chainset. For your confidence, it has been tested by a very fit(?) man, and is deemed safe to ride.
I can't help pointing out that if you tried to ride your frame without a saddle or pedals, you would be slow.
