it's just the rules of which side to overtake on, and what the lines on the track actually mean... do they only apply to certain races? i noticed that most people don't 'race' outside the blue line, but maybe use it to rest? very naive, sorry, but any advice would be hellpful!
well done on friday btw - myself, max, lewis and kai came along. good fun, i'd love to give it a go - not sure i've got the fast twitch needed to win though; always been more of a gear cruncher... that guy who won the sprint (BJ duhon?) was apparently an olympic hurdler?? he apparently doesn't own a bike!! nuts.
