hahaha. i train with Trace, which is probably why i've been doing OK - he's a good training buddy - relentlessly hard.
i've got a bit of an injury - hence why i didn't enter the sprints this week (the bursts seem to hurt it more. i moved my cleats and did something to a tendon. should be OK for next week if i rest up.
btw - i need to pick your brains about track etiquette. not sure i'm doing it right!
would be good to move up - if i was a bit more tactical i could have done better in the last couple of weeks.
