More respray advice needed

my local powder coaters will eagerly respray an item till its to the clients satisfaction.

Im sure its the standard practice in the trade, if theres blemishes etc or the colour comes out wrong, then Im sure they will help you out.

If the colour you chose was actually labelled cobalt blue, a very distinctive colour, you should easily be able to see if they made a mistake which can happen.

Armourtex refused to take my money from me until I had given their work the OK.

I tried to pay up front when I dropped the parts off, but they insisted that I waited until the work was completed and checked it all to make sure it was just how I wanted it before they would take any money.
