    the favouring of homogeneity over difference, the reference to distinctly mono-ethnic nations as exemplars and the (utterly bizarre) link to 'road civility' is a totally bogus piece of fascism - masquerading as concerned liberalism.

    as for the implications of the phrase 'a leader who upholds moral standards': i'm not reading between the lines here - this guy is a fascist, that's where he's coming from. and that's being mild. i also think that the guy is suffering from acute delusions of intellectual grandeur.

    with any luck the guy's just done a ratner.
