Umm... Velorution?

Maybe I have harsh standards, I've been in Velorution a couple of times didn't partic. like it but have considered buying stuff there but after this even with an apology I would never use that shop and would never recommend it to anyone. I don't think you can say that kind of stuff and then apologise for it thus making it ok....

Hey, I am not suggesting that you should go back there, and I agree that you can't say that stuff and then apologise for it, and somehow make it ok, but I do think it's the very minimum that Andrea could do.
