I think it goes through the rear rack, Robin has the job of putting it all in place...
If the question abou seatstay mounting was related to the rack, it's got a single-sided arm into a boss on the seatstay;
If it was related to the rear light, the light itself is mounted on a plate on the back of the rack which you can see on the final photograph of the set, it looks like this, I don't know where the wiring will run - again Robin is in charge of this!
