spotted - pale blue freddie grubb conversion - brooks saddle, gold goldfinger- locked to the stairs up to my storeroom - (itll make sense if its yours!).....on here??
That'll be me.
Evicted from the bike cage 'cos they are painting it in exactly the same colour it was before.
The same bike cage that thieves broke into and nicked all the bikes - by snipping through the chicken-wire that was the roof!
Luckily the Grubb was elsewhere.
I'm Matt - work on the ground floor. -

i like that kowalski, the trendy "suicide hub" - apart from Off the Peg I think 2009 will be all about the suicide hub. though I am also working on getting a two bolt chainring on something like a 26mm BCD - taco inducing style. i think it could be where it's at in 2010.
Good call.
Chimichanga chainwheels for '10 it is.

Spotted Tommy on holborn, always nice to see a fellow Faudaxer, both on one of our longer rides (i.e. home from work).
@BMMF I can't actually remember what you look like, otherwise I would have spotted you umpteen times on my twice daily ride through Hipsterville.

I don't really go out. I'm wedged between Clekenwell and Shoreditch in an ever-shrinking zone of non-gentrified, non-hipsterized normality.
Big shout out to the Finsbury SureStart massive :)

Namechecks to other mums and dads won't cut it here son. They have to have a unigeared bicycle.

SureStarters have been riding unigeared (out of financial necessity) for eons.
-
• #5223
they dont make geared bikes for the little surestarters. Took me a year to wean my little surestarter off his likeabike. Which my 87 year old dad saw and said, dismissively, "we called them hobby horses when I was young"
