Look I am a staunch defender of the Holy Roman Empire nor an Christian apologist (whatever that is as I am not really sure what Christians have to apologise for) and just think that people should not be deliberately insensitive to other peoples beliefs.

But you, of course, would be insensitive to a racists beliefs would you not ?

A racist walks up to you and says "This fucking country needs to get these Paki bastards out" - what do you do, remain silent, let him have his view and not challenge it, remain sensitive to his ideas, not offend him ? . . . or do you tell him that you disagree ?
