Seems so,
here is the gumtree add:

and the pics
Just to complicate things slightly what about this then?
Built by Ellis-Briggs of Shipley near Bradford in about 1981, I sold it to my mate Kurt (not his real name of course) some years later who coincidentally turned up on it at Technical Towers last night. So the provenance of my Ellis-Briggs is known; its not a Bianchi, its not a Colnago but it has got cloverleaf cutouts.

a friend of mine says he once saw one of the staff members buying bikes offa the crackheads at sunday market and selling them for cash money later that day, would explain all those frames out back in varying degrees of health

i posted this for jokes in the classified section a few days ago.
its seems the exact sort of frame the "sloping bianchi" is trying to be. It doesnt appear to have club/clover stamps.
Although im not sure of the significance, and its not worth caring about

The worst thing about blb is their beyond belief and extortionate prices... If it did not say free on the cover of fixed-mag they would probably sell it!

Dear Bianchi
To Whom It May Concern,
I have recently found that Brick Lane Bike, a shop in London, has been taking frames that have not been made by you, sending them to a frame builder to have them modified, and then painting them "Bianchi Green" putting Bianchi stickers on them, and selling them as a Bianchi. This could be a breach of your copy right, and you may wish to investigate it, and take action to stop it. Birck Lane Bikes website is http://bricklanebikes.co.uk/ This came to my attention via a thread on the London Fixed Gear forum the url for the relevant thread, (with pictures of the bike and a testimonial by an ex-mechanic at the shop) is http://www.londonfgss.com/thread7505.html#post212929
Cheers
meso do i send it, next post decides
chris, bianchi green = celeste ;)
--and as in all second hand purchases ...Buyer Beware...
anyone who wants a decent bike that knows nothing should do one of 2 things, bring a mate who knows WTF they are doing or start readingas for BLB rebadging for higher profit - not ideal, however loads of kids do it for their own esteem, ironically those they are looking to impress are ultimately bigger bike nerds who think its gay to do so.

It's a lovely looking bike, shame it's pants
Even Mercian use a cloverleaf (of sorts) on their frames - just to cast a little more doubt...
