if the wheels are 700c then you should be ok.
the peugeot rear hub spacing is 126mm, you may have to spring it out for a 130mm hub..

carbon forks:

you need some with a 1" steerer and will have to change the headset.

Or machine off 2mm form the spacers level hub for a perfect fit
