Even better is the "Can you do better pics of the frame?" question. Given the 'craze' at the moment, they probably could have got a much better price had they not said "can't be bothered taking more pic's sorry as it's not worth spending time on"

While I don't want to fall into the trap of criticising a seller because of one personal bad experience, but does anyone have any experience of Singletrack Bikes? Ordered a BB from them and heard nothing. E-mailed and heard nothing. E-mailed another address and gave them an ultimatum (send or refund - or at least contact me) and heard nothing. Now going through a dispute with them, and they haven't bothered responding yet.
Their feedback on the whole is very good - lots of satisfied customers, but it seems when you have a bad experience, you really have a bad experience.
