right you boring bunch of pussy arsed cunt rags! im sick of reading you lot gurn like a bunch of melting wank stains about bike shops and hows its not fair and blah blah blah, lying on the floor having little tantrums. if you cant say something to the faces of these people then fucking stay out of it its none of your business! if you get off on massaging each others severed penises then fine, enjoy but count me out. i really can't be arsed and id much rather go outside, enjoy the sun and ride my fucking bike.
ooo someones skinny jeans are a bit tight..

brick lane bikes is a farce. everyone knows it, even broken_777 would agree. there are some good stories, but numerous dodgy ones.
- 50p for using the pump
- cutting someones cranks off with an angle grinder, coz they didn't have the correct crank puller, when person asked to inspect BB
- selling converted coppi frame as a track bike
-selling a converted road bike, as a bianchi track frame - saying one price on the phone and miracously the price is up £5 pounds when u get there
- selling someone a 48T 3/32 chainring with wrong BCD, as opposed to a 45T 1/8 chainring, saying it is the same
- appalling customer service
.....
....
..
do i go on???
- 50p for using the pump

So it's a Colnago, not a Bianchi?
I'd want my money back
-
• #115
the bikes i build at halfords are made in tawain. Ony difference is they alot cheaper.
oh i know, it just for £800, you'd able to get a nicely built handmade bike.

for one happy customer there is 12 unhappy ones only the happy man never tells the tale
1.50 pence for using a pump.....not that i know about since i start working
- selling coppi frames with non track geometry yes -
- one price on the phone different in the shop - yep i sometimes make the same mistake as well , not on purpose though, apologies
4.appaling customer service - depends, im trying to be nice and helpfull if someone is a wanker than i have to return the same currency unfortunately im just a human after all but maybe the bikeshop people are supposed to be super human ....
5.chainring bussiness - not that i know about possibly
6.angle grinder yes:-) - apologies from both ian and the said mechanic and replacement crank
again not brick lane bikes opinion but mine
also
yard where u can use our tools and pump to repair puncture and little things sometimes even someone helps you, credits on bike in some circumstances, on the spot repairs and things if you ask nicely and there is not much stuff to do as opposed to couple weeks waiting list - and knowledgeable salesperson ME;-)and the bikeshop is also quite new so maybe in coupla years.......i wonder how brixton cycles or other bikeshops were at the start..
- 50p for using the pump

I've always been treated OK in BLB, bit of a grumpy reception the first coupla times but that's got better with time... Not a patch on BC tho', those kids rule...
And, I quite like that frame!
Tell me you didn't buy your bike from BLB?! ;-)
