Leader bikes, frames and questions (735TR, 720)

This frame comes up to ~£110 delivered. Is it any good? Or is it just another "unipak"? I am really keen to get a proper track frame(one i can afford)

This looks suspiciously like Soho Square on a sunny Saturday afternoon. Lovely boys. As for the frame, I can't concentrate on it, due to the total (and to me, bizarre) lack of females in the vicinity.

Ok. It looks like a Taiwanese or mainland Chinese frame. Quite a few being advertised online to wholesalers.
