I don't think it helps to say that all cab drivers are c$%^ts and retaliate by being agressive or damage their property. If "you" react like that then maybe "you" shouldn't be on the road either.
Yes this guy needs to be reported, he's a professional and has made a HUGE mistake. If I started shouting abuse at my colleagues and throw staplers at them I think they'd sack me or send me for counselling.
What about calling the police when it happens and tell them that you are under shock and very worried that the cab is behaving dangerously etc.... You would do that if you saw any dangerous situation?
