Hi all, does anyone know how I can strip paint on a frame safely? I've just bought a frame and I think there's chrome underneath (part of the chainstays are chrome) so I wanted to see whether the full rear triangle is chrome and strip it back.
Are most part-chromed frames actually fully chromed with paint on top of some areas?
