If you want to get out there and eat your sandwich 'right this second' then you can't beat an OTP. That's what I did. I've got a cheap OTP that I got from Tesco this morning. I just don't have the spare time to build one myself and I don't want to risk getting the sizes wrong and having to take back ham because it doesn't give me a good crust line. With an OTP you know what you're getting.
Some places will do you a custom sandwich for the price of an OTP from a big shop so if you know where to go you can get a great deal.
