Oh, just realised who ross is, he's been nice and helpful to me in the past, despite the fact i'm an idiot who doesn't know what he's doing. In fact I'm really surprised that he has a reputation for being a bit difficult, he's been great the 3 or 4 times he's served me. Even told me a little story about how he won the messenger skidding championships on a particular tyre (specialised mondo I think?). It was indeed very fun to skid :)
