I have a moser that looks like that, just in slightly worse condition- but with rarer kit- and not to difficult a restore.
Nice to know that if I ever sell it, someone might pay ridiculous cash for it!

damn someone paid £173 for this frame... i sold the bike complete for less than that.
Suprised no one has mentioned the wooden track frame,
I owned this frame for a very short amount of time once funny to see it pop up again
