Names and faces to bikes

@sowetto, it's just the railings out side my work, it's off the ground so the roadsweepers don't keep banging it.

So long as it has a practical purpose and it's not just a hipster affectation. :-)

The bike's nice. Clean and uncluttered... Understated.
