Including own-bike fettling/hire bike distribution, about 2 hours. You can't just ride round the track a couple of times whilst someone shouts random stuff about etiquette.
If participants are organized and conscientious (the fill-in-my-recorded-delivery-form-whilst-I'm-waiting-in-the-post-office-queue mentality), and there aren't too many inductees, maybe closer to an hour.
