takes an hour at boots for a 5er, then you can see which you like and take em somewhere good.

Yeah, problem is they charge a packet or so I hear. Had a friend who went along and came back less than thrilled.

I don't think I could be swayed away from digital for the time being. The jump from a compact digital to something like a 400D is astronomical in terms of picture quality, and I think it would pay dividends in the $$$ saved on developing. Maybe when I'm old and rich and have loads of time on my hands :)
