I bought a park fr6, i bought a corresponding 25mm spanner (adjustable, unfortunately).
I attempted to unscrew, counterclockwise.
I have ruined the spanner
I have slightly rounded the tool
I have narrowly escaped hammering my thumb
does any body have any suggestions for how to get it off? it seems to be locked tight (i assume it tightens when I go up hills, as it is a 16t wheel from a 46x16 set up, and I weigh about 17 stone, i think i may have tightened it considerably.....)
I could go to a bike shop and prob get it done for £10, but then next time i want to mess around with it and change it i'd have to do the same....
