2008-05-17 Sat - Secret London Night Ride

Thanks to all of you who made it a GREAT night. Corny you missed a blinder mate.

Highlights: City cops, asking 'is this an organised ride?' two people saying 'errr no' two people saying 'errr yes'... asking what cycle club we were... answer? ''HTFUCC, officer.''... Saint Paul's steps... Clerkenwell road girl screaming at us... Greenway: riding up the assault course one handed holding the Lech with the other, singing the theme to KickStart!... and that pumping station that looked like the Brighton Pavilion (sorta)... laughs at the river stop (cheers Cashew Robin, your new nickname lucky7?)... the tunnel!! ... the nice swedish church stop ... Ma3k[3] thanks for sharing such fine whisky ...the smooth roads in south London (I gotta move to south London!) ... the fast bits and good riding thereupon... and OBVIOUSLY the inspiring marathon women in their pink finery along the river - made us look positivley lazy, 26 mile walk in the middle of the night, for charidee... and pretty much bombing home losing everyone along the way, guess it happened to everyone... Playswell you OWE ME BAD... Sano wha'ppen?

I had NO IDEA how pissed I was till I woke up the next morning. Scary.

Wow - this ride truly must have uncovered Secret London ^^^. Gutted to have missed this one it looks like it was a blinder!
