i keep thinking about shadowing the tdf. doing the same route straight after the pros go thro. old school. no support vehicles. just a few mates on bikes. see how far we can get round. does anybody know if this happens ?

Some UK bloke did it 24 hours before the Tour came through last year with his mum as team support in a van.
