backwards circles and no handed track stands and my next little projects. i've got a mental block about the track-standing with my right leg down so can only do half a circle at the moment before i mrain goes "noooo!" and i have to go forwards again.
as far as rides - not really fussed. quite fancy another brighton or cambridge run or whatever. to be honest, i've been concentrating on swimming more than riding lately.

Go under 19.5 on the rollers; go under 1.55 at the Catford & Bec hillclimbs; win a national hillclimb (possibly getting a bit long in the tooth).
Encourage my son to ride when old enough, and support him, if he shows an interest.
Also, continue to keep depression in check :)

What do you want to do on your bike before you die, win a big race? ride cross country? or beat that roodie scum on his carbon bike you see every morning?
I want to ride across the usa LA, to Portland OR, to Portland Mane, To NYC
I visit OR very other year as my inlaws live in in the state capital Salem, but have never had a bike out there. It is a fantastic state for the big outdoors, green and very pretty. Next time (summer 09) I will take some wheels there or buy some while I'm out there.

I just want to do more touring again. Need a new bike though. Anyone here ever toured on a 'bent? I haven't, but have thought that, were I to do another long-ish tour, I'd maybe take a look at them.

I want to be able do that skidding the back wheel from side to side at high speed like a skiier thing i've seen on that mash sf film

I guess sub-hour for a 25mi now I seem to be riding them, but that'll be easy.
I wanna ride the Danube (3000k I think?) with the gf.
I wanna do Lands End - John O'Groats before leaving the UK.
I guess I'd like to ride one of the big French sportives: E'Tape or Marmotte before going back too.
Finish all 3-days of Tour of Wessex without getting off my bike and throwing it at a tree and then running into the nearest village starkers screaming about gearing or something..
Make it to Paris with Group 1 in the Londres-Paris.
Continue to at least commute until a ripe old age. -

I want to graduate to some gears and maybe do a few races in the next season and see how I go.

I want to:
Short Term:
Get back on the bike for commuting within 3 weeks.
Do at least one 100k+ ride this summer, maybe the Roll to the Stones.Medium Term:
Do my first 200k ride.
Do some proper rides next season, sportives and TT's etc.
Do LeJog with my brother next year, September probably.
Ride on the Track - shame I'm going to miss the forum track day due to injury.Longer Term:
And, having seen pj's thread, I think Ventoux has to be on the lifetime list.

My short term goal is to build this frame which I just bought off Roberto into something very stylish and worthy of some track racing. I have no idea where to start as I know FA about building bikes

I would like to cycle belfast to london. have done this trip for too many years on the national express to visit my dad until I moved to London, you experience x 2 twighlights just after dusk and meet crazies on the bus everytime which can be fun. But to conquer the route on fixed with lots of cool memories would be great. I think I might do it. I know it is not very glamorous but hey ho.

Build the silent ride, cycle from London to the Native Cornwall (north coastal route) and ride around the streets of New York at a first stab
