Respraying

so here's a question for all those of you who have sprayed your frames: how much did it cost in paint to get a decent finish?
i'm just curious as exploring the options for re-painting a frame and don't know whether it's worth going the armourtech way (i think it probably is) or just taking the "cheap" option of diy.

If done properly - strip, sand, clean, primer, sand, paint, sand, paint, sand, paint, sand, clearcoat, sand, clearcoat, sand, clearcoat, sand.

It will cost you about the same as getting it sprayed at VAZs.

The big thing powdercoating has going for it, for me at least, is that there is no drying time - ignore the writing on your rattle can that says it will be dry on 24 hours, a wet spray job at home takes days/weeks to properly cure.
