had mine about a month fixed, there is toe overlap but there will be on any track bike. its an awesome bike though, so solid and light. i think youve made the right decision on the bike but the size is up to you, i use it to ride on roads about 6/10 miles a day and it feels comfy.
one thing to do is definitely change the gearing, im still on the 48/15 which im kind of enjoying as i feel like its training me a bit, but at times if you are tired its a bit of effort to get home so im chainging it to 48/18.
oh and the tyres and tubes are total shit, had so many punctures, change them out. but other than that i love my fuji.
