count me out, i'm afraid.
i am cycling to ardingly on sunday for a front crawl lesson - want to do a lot more sea swimming this year and thinking (very vaguely!) about a triathlon in the (distant) future...
would anyone like to ride on tuesday evening after work, though?
btw, the weather doesn't look too bad for the weekend on Metcheck, which I think's better than the BBC.
