Where do I start?

great!! while I am on the subject... I recently change tyres on my road bike and notice that they are directional....
and when I build my fg/ss bike... I would like to have a flip flop hub.... does it mean I can't really just swap the tyre around??

Good god I never thought of that !!! Very good point - I think it would make little difference - but if you were worried you could buy a rear tyre that is non-directional (or should that be bi-drectional?).

I only found out yesterday that a Hed3 wheel has a direction and you can have them on back to front without realising (even of it is a front wheel) ! Weird eh !?
