Not sure, but for an idea: At the first or second messenger roller race back in 2000, Rob Jeffries and Greg Tipper put on a demo race. Greg and Rob were A cat sprinters, and South London Roller Race League regulars. I think, but I can't remember exactly, that the quickest times were low 22s. They busted out 17 secs. Without a warm-up, and in jeans and trainers.
