not just PJ. i think they are pointless whimsical objects of little merit apart from alleged visual appeal.
unfortunately there are too many objects like this in the world, for me it's the marriage of form and function that makes something desirable not vulgar ostentatious baubles to adorn hipster bikes.
but if they make you happy and get you riding a bike then good for you.
