maybe get some feedback from people before determining numbers/sizes to be ordered? It'd suck to run out of xl with people still wanting, but having left over mediums (or something like that).

As it stands it looks like I'll make 75 (10S, 50M, 10L, 5XL) of these:
And maybe 40 of these (5S, 20M, 10L, 5XL):
Colours to be determined, style of shirts to be determined.
But that's as it stands.
Great! Two t-shirt designs that have both been ripped off a million times before. I think I might have a go at this plagourism/copyright lark, it's a piece of piss!
Seriously though, you wanna be careful if you do the CBGB's thing. I worked for a brand about 10yrs ago and we ripped off the logo to make a load of T's. After we'd manufactured them and started selling them, we got a letter from the owner of CBGB's(yes, in New York - fuck know's how he found out) threatening to sue if we carried on selling them.
Moral of the story is - design your own logo's!

When skateboard companies faced this problem in the mid 90s Ed Templeton wrote an article about how the low print runs meant that by the time the 'cease and desist' letter had come from the affected party's lawyer the deck was old news and replaced by another offended party finding out about their copywrite being infringed. I don't think we represent a big enough opportunity for a letigious ex-rocker to target. However, I take on board your comments about originality.
However, the thought behind the CBGB tshirt was only ever in the subversion of an iconic white on black t shirt and 'in-joke'-ness of using all the acronyms.
HTFU Pistanator! ; )

Yeah, yeah.....;-)
My point is it's all too easy to rip off and simply tweek a little. I'm no graphics/design expert but too me it's all too obvious. It's not hard to be creative and make a few decent logo's rather than copying designs after a quick search on the meganet. As you were....

Superprecise, Toby, Slamm, Dr.Alfonso & b4b have the right idea. Great images, fresh, bold and above all - never been produced before*

NO !!!!!!!!
NO !!!!!!!!
Just to be Clear - that white T-Shirt with the green and black print was knocked up to show why the design does not work very well on white (the illustration relies on a dark background) - Please Please Please don't do a white T-Shirt version of that one !!!!!!!

Your size ratio looks good for the second one, but a bit out of whack on RJM's. I would advise something like S 10, M 35, L 20, XL 10.
Or even better, get orders in now & print to that ratio with 10% on top.
NB This is what I do for ££$£, not just bollocks-spouting:-)

there are a few salad dodgers amongst us villa-ru, so make it XL 20 ;)

Just my 2p-worth Mr Dogs.
I thought it was all sister's-jeans-wearing-skinny-hipster types on here. Not that I would know 'cos I keep missing all the rides, but will make one sometime....

I do this for a living to, and totally agree with you villa-ru.
'Pre-booking' is the way to go. Get them orders in first then do the production run, especially as this is to go to the cost of the forum. You don't want to be left with a load of tees in sizes that no one wants.
