depends if you prefer the more modern look of the 07, or the retro style on the 08.
but if you're buying it for looks then perhaps you shouldn't be looking at a fuji ;) they're good honest bikes for the money, and they handle nice and sharp, but they won't win many beauty pageants.... IMHO.
