Should say 'grunge' on the back, just like a real turbo.

Don Walker makes AMAZING machines! Funny to see him doing 'boutique' style frames now...

That fillet brazing is incredible. I was really curious as to where the seat post clamp is... any ideas?

Oh, and that frame is a track frame with a double down tube. It's pretty stunning.

I love this thread, and not just because on nimhbus's post. I just love a good looking bike, the funny thing is all my bikes are always more functional then beautiful but I just love them all the more for it.

Is that a good idea? I love the beauty of it.

Thomson don't do quill seat-posts. i think there is a hidden bolt, at the back.

I think the same. Otherwise she'd have to remove the saddle to put a long allen key down the throat of that seat post to make any adjustments.
What about the wound-up... how nice are those? As in... would a wound-up give a better ride experience than a steel fork. i.e. if you had a wound-up lying around and a steel frame and fork, would you put the wound-up on if all of the aesthetics of it were good.

sorry for what must be a stupid question, but what is a wound up?

Very good carbon fork that excels at Cyclocross. Road, disc and tandem flavours also available.
Kinda ugly, so painting them is a fairly smart idea.

In his pocket !
The clamp was removed for the photography session/display - the bike was apparently made for the bloke's daughter 'Juliana.

That actually makes a hell of a lot of sense.
