it's exactly like a stem, with the bolt at the top. at the bottom is the funny inverse trapeze expander that is tightened by the allen bolt that runs the whole length.
so far so good. however, when setting up the bike you realise immediately that ANY adjustment means you need to remove the saddle in order to get to the bolt. at which point you begin to grasp why peugeot made them for approximately half a season.
im torn between too-much-hassle and oh-man-thats-perty, i think pertyness wins. Also should make it harder to nick the saddle?
