I still like the 'service medal concept'. Maybe the design can be improved a little bit but the idea is simple, clever and makes sense. 1 year and getting so many people involved really is an achivement.
The sheep image is a great drawing but it basically relates to the party location / name of the pub. So without that on a t-shirt it is taken out of context and doesn't really make much sense in the long view. Also I feel sorry about the sheep. Not all fixed gear riders are hell-raisers, I ride very careful and think sheep are cute.
Anyway, just my view.
