ok, didn't get the cranks. The guys in Condor are such arseholes. Rung them up, specifically asked if they had their Condor-branded sugino rd messenger cranks: yes, loads in stock. Went to get them: hands me Miche cranks. I say I wanted Sugino, and then he tells me they're exactly the same. Grrr!

Bought some Specialized shoes though which I'm well chuffed with - first clipless! Still, the guy serving me (quite old, bit of a porker) came across as if I was really inconveniencing him even though I'm dropping 60 notes in his till.
