Yeah man, my mum is the worst for letting me out brakeless!
Fuck it, I bet I can ride better than 90% of the flouro army who commute every day with front and back brakes. I've been brakeless forever so I know no other way of riding bikes, and have no plans of changing either.
It's just a set up, it's no big deal.
