I have also realised that I am going to be out the country from 11th - 16th which on one point is great cause i get to pick up my bareknuckle and have fun riding round new york, but on the other point sucks that i'll guna miss the ride, i was really looking forward to this one. Another I say Another!

photoben Fuck me Dale, looks like everyone is going to walk away with something at this rate :-)
but with possibly 100+ people it's better to be prepared. i (and friends) handed out 120 leaflets on weekend to riders and people are all interested.

dogs, and other people who organise stuff... when you're right on the eve and all sponsors have come through... could you give me the list.
I'd love to have a page that shows who has sponsored what in the past to help them get a bit more exposure here and also to highlight who does the most for the community in that respect.
This way they would get ongoing press way after the event, as well as higher exposure if they continue to help sponsor things in future.

erm scott that reminds me, i'm er organising an alley cat for people with bag fetishes and lots of money (with all the money raised going to cure cancer) and we were hoping you could donate a bag as a prize. (ideally of the same size and colour as the one I have on order)
Thanks in advance and remember if you say no your killing children with cancer and you wouldn't want to do that would you.... -

Hi Dogsballs,
Mentioned it in the email but it seems there really is a great opportunity here to raise some money for something worthwhile. Especially with such a big pot of prizes now on offer -
[puts on tin hat and ducks for cover :) ]
...most would happily pay a fiver to enter wouldn't they?
Could then be split - say a pound or two to the server/forum costs and spread the rest around a few charities?

Max, as i said to you, we will probably will ask for a gold coin or schrapnel donation (not compulsory) when people receive there treasurehunt sheet and spoke card. this money will go to covering costs of spoke cards (need to chat with flickwg) and some to vb for hosting fees. Seeing we have adevertised it as free to a lot of people, i don't want to start asking £5, i feel dodgy with a coin donation as it is. Also with the big numbers i don't want to have all the prizes, plus potentially £500 in my possesion.
this was meant for the LFGSS community. also vb, the website is on all the pamphlet, so fingers crossed we will get some more members out of it. ;)
