I wasn't accusing anyone of being obnoxious i was referring to the words glass and fixie, and included the very important smilie(that people seem to have missed)
threads go off on tangents all the time, my mind was jogged by "just preferred the ergonomics, features and glass." which caused me to ask the question. if i had posted the question in the coffee thread i could understand it causing confusion but this thread was concerned with photography. I thought it would be a good thread to ask on because it was not worth it's own thread.
I'm really sorry if it's confused anyone.
i don't understand why you think i "don't like it" ? your assumptions as to what i do and don't like are incorrect.
Seriously as i have been into 'photography' for a while i have never heard the term "glass" used as a slang term apart from on forums in the last year or so, i'm puzzled, but then people who chose to drive 5 miles to work puzzle me too... each to their own
