i went vegan once, so far it has lasted 3-4 years best choice i ever made. im much more aware of my body, and in better shape then i have ever been when i was a meat eater, or even just veggie. and im not lifting any more so that says lots.[/quote]
I'm really tempted to go vegan. I've been flicking through a book called "Vegan Freak" in work (a bookshop) quite a lot recently and it's really inspiring to go animal-free 100%. I must admit though I find it quite tough sometimes when it seems like everyone in the room is taking the piss of me being veg, let alone vegan.
I'm really tempted to start a vegetarian/vegan society at uni.
