MrSmith RPM told you it was "exactly what it says" to me that means if you want to insult him then arrange a suitable place ( a pub/cafe equidistant your place of residence) and you can do it in person this way any misunderstandings can be avoided.
i don't think it was a threat just a suggestion as to help solve the problem of your misinterpretation of what other people say.
