will do Object - I'm on a Bianchi Pista with yellow contis and a flat bar so give me a wave. Although i'm not the most alert cat in the AM. mikec bad news man - i don't carry a puncture repair kit either so would've been in the same position.
On an Archway/Holloway Road note, i really fucking love that bit at the bottom of archway when the bus lane lights are green and you can sweep round onto Holloway road in one crazy manouver if the traffic light gods are smiling on you...
