Nah, with bars that narrow it's unlikely he'd ever get enough oxygen in his lungs to take the bike above 10mph. I'm sure he's alive and well on the streets of Stockholm or somewhere. He'll just not be travelling very fast. Those handlebars are an abomination to practicality. Bikes are supposed to be ridden.
