nimhbus Apple send me free copies of Logic, but i don't use it. it's good, but a bit gay in more than a few places. e.g. Cubase could use all four processors on a quad core long before apple figured out how to make logic do it.

2 processors = bad music.

4 processors = good music.

???

I doubt it.

i wouldn't bother arguing the point, but it winds me up that in any discussion about DAWs, someone always says that Logic is the best and the most 'professional' which is as fatuous as it is untrue.

Nobody here has made such an absolute statement ? And if they did why would that wind you up ?

What does the highest paid composer in the world use? Cubase.
