A friend of mine is looking for a cross bike basically, steel frame and 700c rims to take fat rubber. The current fave is a Surly CrossCheck, but I wondered the Charge is probably a stout enough frame. The Tap looks ideal but is there clearance for 38 or 42 tyres? I assume the Plug will have similar clearance, and someone here must be able to measure one!
I've contacted charge but not got a response yet!
