  • see you guys there..

  • Anyone going for a beer before meeting?

  • i'm also on the red before the training tomorrow. it's a secret training beverage.

  • tried to get on the bike. still some pain when i put my weight on my shoulder so decided to let this one go...sux, wouldve been good.

anyway saw loads of drunken bogans around fulham broadway. maybe it is better to just stay home.

  • Great ride, how about those deer?

  • just got home and havin a nice cup of tea.

great ride tonight and great to meet to you all.

yeah those deer. a stampede or what ?

another classic night out in london !

    lets do it again soon.

  • Yeah.. showered and ready for bed now.. will be interesting tomorrow! :S

Nice one everyone who showed. That was cool! Nice to meet some new faces too.
Help me put names to faces - who lent me the 5mm allen and who was with Tommy and I right at the end? I want names! ;)

    Night night.. dreams of deer..

  • Ehhh sorry guys... as it turned out i didn't have a bike tonight... but will have a shiny new yellow fork tomorrow at polo!!

  • Alrite guys. New to the forum here, but I was down at the ride tonight with a mate (I was riding the turquoise frame with pink back rim). Will be at the next ride for sure! Good to meet some decent people and thanks to the guy who lent me the straps (I forgot your name mate!). Gonna shoot and get a brew, see you all the next ride,
    David.

  • Great night, just got home. Nice to be in the middle of Hyde Park Corner and hear the birds singing!
A memorable ride: Good people, unbelievable deer and a sweet route.
Jonny and Mashton what can I say? See you in Kaleidoscope next Saturday?

  • 4am! Sounds like you guys put in a decent session at the bar. Was it the witty conversation or the drunk student chicks that kept you there?

Fantastic ride. RP in the dark with the angry deer was genius, as was the leg from the park to Clapham when the pace just seemed to creep up and we were really racing along. I'm feeling it a bit this morning though. Really looking forward to the next one now, hope it's not too far away.

  • +1 for all the semtiments above.

Enjoyed getting cheered and yelled at in equal measure. As Cornelius himself pointed out, it was strange to see so many people look in slack-jawed amazement at a group of 25 people on bikes!

Who copped the beer/water in Kings Road?

  • had another great night out.
Richmond park in the dark has to become a regular feature of every night right, that was bloody amazing, as was the spin down into wimbledon, never knew my legs could turn that fast.
Roll on the mass LFGSS summer rides, hoping we can get the fixed peloton upto 50 or 60 strong.
Great to meet all of you, nice to put some more faces to names, and bikes to people.

  • hippy

i lent you the 5 mm allen key.

also on the wagon (in training).

  • Quality night folks. My knees are not too happy being at work today. Great meeting all of you but it really is tough trying to put a few names to bikes etc.
Having never rode Richmond park before, I had no idea what to expect...
...especially with all our lights turned off! ;-)

    For reference:
