velocity boy Yeah, it's good. Do think about security though, an SSH command line on the default port will be attacked hundreds of times a day. If you don't think about security you will lose the server pretty quick. Putting LAMP on your laptop is not the same as putting it on a static IP on a fast web connection and advertising your existence (through DNS).
